RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return your order due to any quality issues, please contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery.

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error will not be eligible.
Returns made more than 30 days after receipt are also not eligible.
NOTE:
- Please do not return any orders without contacting us first.
- Please do not send your return to the manufacturer.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider. See details below:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receiving the return. Please check with your bank for further updates.
- PayPal: Refund will be issued to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank or PayPal account.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing time may vary.

SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact support@amopaws.com. Our team will guide you through the process.
Please do not return your product without confirmation.
Unconfirmed returns may not be identified and may result in failed refunds.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- For returns over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you purchased our product from a third-party seller, please contact them directly. - To qualify for a refund or replacement, all accessories must be unused and in original sealed packaging.
If a return is made for personal reasons (not quality related), the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. - If you receive a product that has a quality issue or was damaged during transit, we will reimburse your return shipping fee after inspection and confirmation.
